Spit-Roast Dinner

The supper format of the "Spit-Roast Dinner" from the 4th edition was a tremendous success - beef and pork!

The evening was appreciated by more than 400 participants.

Our menu consists of two (2) meats, a choice of 4 salads, the accompaniments and, of course, the desserts and hot beverages.

Here are the details;

The Meats

Ox (interior of round), Pork buttock

The salads (4 choices)

Garden, Taboulé, Chick-pea, French beans, Corn, Carrot and Cabbages

The accompaniments

Vegetable juices, oven-baked potatoes, bread and butter, hot sauce, frozen mint, apple compote 

Desserts

Baklava, Tea, Coffee and Herb tea

Again this year, all plates, glasses, cups and utensils will be made from compostable materials!
